This will be our first time visiting Florida Next Year-April. Are there any shuttle options from Orlando MCO to Sheraton Vistana Villages?

None that are operated by the resort, but I would guess that Super Shuttle or something similar would be available.

I am not really aware of any shuttle services. SuperShuttle doesn't exist anymore. I don't know if Mears provides any services to SVV. You are probably better to use either Uber/Lyft or renting a car.

You might need to call to find out whether Mears provides service to SVV - https://www.mearsconnect.com/.

They do actually, although in a little different form than before. They basically area facilitator that contracts with different companies in different areas. For example, in Orlando they partner with Mears Transportation. And Mears does indeed have shuttle services that can take you to from the airport to SVV.
