Orlando for Littles - ages 5, 4 and 2

I'll be at Sheraton Vistana at end of this month. My stepson and his family will be joining me for a few days -- coming from Alabama.
(First real vacation for them.)
Website says Cascades Building is under construction.
What building should I request?

I'm thinking a one day visit to Magic Kingdom will be enough Disney.

Any other suggestions?

When our grandson visited us when was 4 years old we took him to Gatorland (https://www.gatorland.com/). There arent too many rides there, it's more of a zoo type experience. We also took him to SeaWorld which he enjoyed. He had one day at The Magic Kingdom which was enough for him. I think he had the best time just playing on the waterslide and in the resort's pool with his dad, uncle and grandpa. We had 3 units at Orbit One for that visit.

In addition to the above, I’d check out Legoland https://www.legoland.com/florida/homepage/ - possibly in place of MK. I’m looking forward to bringing DGD there someday before she’s too old!

Over at the grand floridian the character meal there
include Aladdin
