Orange Lake delay in closing

Trying to buy real at orange lake. Have been told that the deeding will be delayed forat least 3 weeks since department is busy working on maintenance fees.

Does this make sense?

If this is what you were told then likely yes.

If you are running over for the week usage for example it is cutting close for this years week usage then ask for a courtesy booking from the current owner.

Buying resale. Just seems like a long time.. Logically it seems that the deed department would be different than normal accounting. Especially for such a large company.

3 weeks is within the normal range.

I had a Wyndham deed that set in the Wyndham title office for more than 2 mos.
