Only eat organic? You’re paying too much, and it’s not worth it, author says

We like produce with no defects and beef with a prime sticker, lol. We use Costco Olive Oil because it is olive oil. There is no better coffee than Folgers brewed in the Mr Coffee, imo.

Sometimes I think that people only like some items because they are pretentiously health conscious. Deciding against needed nutrients because a person thinks it isn't safe because of a synthetic pesticide is a bad idea , imo. Organic produce might have less chemicals involved but it still has a pesticide signature that can be harmful to some people. Synthetic and natural pesticides are both poisonous is the bottom line.

When possible, but it’s not a religion for me./
I meant the cows were eating organic feed that you were buying.

At my farms in the tropics I have to spray for weeds every year. I can use a machete or brush cutter but without spraying there are too many. Dry season is too dry and the weeds thrive while the grass does not. I use chemicals to spray for bees or termites.

I can have "organic" bananas, coconuts, limes, avocado and such but it is not commercial so I can live with less production.

My cattle pasture is much more diverse then a corn or soybean field, organic or not.
