ONLINE SYSTEM PROBLEMS, PLEASE CALL WYNDHAM

If you go into your reservation and click on "View Details" you will not be able to see the details, such as guest name, when booked, how many points, ext. I talked to 2 other owners and having the same issue. It loos as if the system is working properly but it is not and Wyndham wont do anything about it until they get more complaints. They think it has to do with "your Browser" Please check your reservations and try clicking on view reservations and see if you are having the same problem and if so please call Wyndham, the more complaints and they will then "fix" this
 
I tried and had the same issue. I reported it via the feedback link.
 
I’ve had issues like that. I thought it could be the browser. After testing the different browsers, Google Chrome seemed to have fixed the issues.

Same here, plus there are some inventory problems. I got all excited trying to upgrade a 1BR Deluxe to a 4BR Presidential at Bonnet Creek October 3-10. Even called Wyndham -- the 4BR Pres unit isn't there.

I’m using Safari on an iPad and that’s what I’m getting. I haven’t looked at reservations in the past few days but it had been working fine. Everything else seems to be okay.
 
Google Chrome fixed the reported problem yesterday. Now the problem is back using Google Chrome.

I booked a reservation yesterday and at the very last step, when my reservation details should have been display, I got the redirect to the 'Club Wyndham Travel Online' page. :-( The room is booked, I just never go the confirmation page, nor can I now view the details.

If you look real quick after selecting 'view details' you can see them as the page is starting to populate, but just for a second or two (and you can scroll down while it's populating), but then the redirect to the 'Club Wyndham Travel Online' page is the final landing page.

Uggg, who tests this stuff? I'm guessing this code went in on Thursday night?

P.S. Wyndham, if you are listening, I really don't want to clear my cache weekly and this 2020 app seems to be making me do it a lot more than I care to. That's me, don't care if someone tells me it's a best practice. I'm lazy and like things to auto-populate as much as is reasonable to do so.

I got word that this is currently being worked on and they hope to have the fix by the end of the day today.

EDIT: Fix is in. It works for me now.

I'm getting the same behavior. I tried all of Safari, Chrome, and Firefox on my MacBook Air. Bleah!

Can you both try to see if you're able to view your reservation details now? I am able to.

It is working now. I did a 'View Details' in Chrome, Safari and on my android phone. I booked a reservation in Safari. All works as it should. Thanks.
