The problem with Phase II trials is it just isn't wide enough to really know if it does anything. These sorts of things always seem to be noticeably elevated over actual performance in the general population. I.e. I wouldn't get very excited till it completes Phase III trials at least.
 
I'll get excited anyways. This is part of the Alphalipoprotein e complex that has been known about for over 30 years. It's the first drug to make it past the phase II trials.

I think it is a BIG deal.
