On the finish line... How long does it take from "contract only", then "HGVC", to have a full use of points?

I'm currently an authorized user on one of the properties I got for free from its owner.

Then, my first purchased contract showed up in the account selector after login:

This one arrived physically to HGVC on 11/15, and showed up in the online account today. It's wasn't usable for booking anything, and didn't indicate any points. An hour later, it changed from "Contract only" to "HGVC", and I was offered to "link account", which I did. Now it has a usable dashboard, and it indicates points balance of 0 for 2021, 2022 and 2023.

As per the estoppel, this property is supposed to have 3,400 pts in 2023. Based on that, and the fact $617 enrollment fee and $187 club fee wasn't billed to my account yet, I assume it's still not done processing on HGVC side.

Question: how many days does it take at this stage before the club (it's my first unit) and enrollment fees are billed, and I can use the points to make bookings?

For anyone curious, here's my progress tracker for all four properties under contract:

No idea. I’ve never seen “Select Account” or “Contract Only”.
Are you seeing this on the website? Are both accounts deeded the same way (under the same names)?

NOTE: HGVC typically takes several weeks before they bill the enrollment fee.

The Scotland properties come into my account as "Contract Only" until they are enrolled into my account.

In my case, until they are enrolled. But, with the Scotland properties, I knew exactly what was happening and specifically (what day) when it was going to be enrolled.

The 3,400 points just showed up, which is several hours after it went from "contract only" to "HGVC".

Still no club fee or activation fee billed.

No need to worry about that, they will show up. Mine took about 2-3 weeks. On Scotland properties, you pay before they add them.

Like @GT75 says, it takes a week or 2 for them to bill the $617 activation fee, at least it was this past summer.

I confirm my subsequent properties went immediately into "HGVC" pool. I think what happened to me originally was a special case situation. If you're an authorized user on someone else's account, and then you're assigned your first unit under your own name, it first shows as "contract only" on "select your account" page (you may no be aware it exists if you were never an authorized user on more than one accounts - but it's here: https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/en/select-membership), then changes to "HGVC", and when you click "select account", it will offer you to "link account". I guess it makes a permanent connection between your login and your first new unit. Subsequent units you add do not show as "contract only" separately but they join your member account immediately:

In either case, all my units are now under my name and recognized by HGVC. $617 enrollment fee was billed on 12/9 for the unit that showed up on 11/23, so I'm expecting the same for others around the end of this year.

@GT75 , do craig lodges (weeks or HGV points) show up in HGV account right after you pay Donna Leslie or does it take some time (have heard many weeks from some)?
TY!

After you pay Donna Leslie the enrollment fee, they showed up the next day in my account. @HuskerATL, what was your experience/memory?
