I was browsing RCI and found this timeshare: http://www.canalboatclub.com/
Instead of a room/suite/condo/cabin you get a boat. A boat!

What other odd timeshares are there?
 
I've seen one somewhere in Fla where you get a house boat. It comes up on DAE once in a while for exchange.
 
tradewinds cruise club. you get a cabin on a yacht.
