Imagine my surprise after scrolling down past Kingsland, that Elara in Las Vegas was listed

This is part of their new recommendation service; they are suggesting locations they think you might enjoy.

You can turn this off under Communications, then uncheck the box for "personal Vacation Recommendations" under HGV My Explorer+

I was also puzzled until someone else here on TUG pointed this out. I found it confusing, so it went off for me.

I think that was @GT75's joke - while there is a HVC HI Collection (that actually is mainly non-HI resorts) there is not a HGVC one.

It's a way to keep MF of the trust lower by averaging the high cost MFs of Hawaii with the low cost MFs of NV and AZ.
