Pretty nice but cool weather but overall pretty nice. We brought our guitars and ebikes. No smoke is nice. My brother in law was serenading the sunset. Good times.

In addition to the WM, there are what I call the "monopoly resorts" four or five fractional resorts which trade in RCI all named after monopoly properties near the WM.

This is the penthouse in the Point Brown Vacation Internationale New York Building. This unit is about 1700 Sq Ft. and has two large bedrooms with very nice king beds. The deck is about 300 sq ft. The ocean at high tide is about 50 ft from the building on the other side of the dune. The best thing for me is it isn't smokey outside like it is at home. We had a couple of 4th story units at the WM about a month ago. This VI unit is way nicer but there is no pool or hot tub on site.

This is the WM Mariner Village deck. Mariner Village is a few buildings north of the Vacation Internationale Point Brown New York building.

We were down there 2 weeks ago for the last heat wave/smoke. I managed to extend 2 nights at the WM to 3 and then grabbed a last minute 3 nights at Pennsylvania building through VI. The latter is 2 buildings down from the New York and includes only 2 BR units. Units are large with nice decks.
