Good afternoon,
We are checking into Ocean Enclave this Saturday. We've been getting many calls from Maria, Christina, and Dana about our upcoming stay. The voicemails have gone from "wanted to go over our owner events while you're in town" to "I'm going to be your concierge during your upcoming stay" to "I'm reaching out to you concerning your upcoming stay with important information". The calls have come from 843-848-8159 & 843-848-8154.
I'm assuming this is a push to get us to attend an "Owners Update" but just wanted to confirm before calling back. Am I correct in my assumption, or could there possibly be an issue they need to discuss with me? Just wondering what others experiences have been.
