I put a hold on a 2 bedroom unit at this resort for President's Week, using a points instant exchange (7500 points). Since we are flying into Fort Lauderdale I was hoping to get a resort in SE Florida but I'm concerned that I may not be so lucky considering it is a very busy week. We will have a rental car and don't mind driving and exploring. There are 4 of us traveling - 3 active ladies in mid-50's and my 22 year old daughter. The reviews seem very good for this resort, although it would likely appeal more to families with young children. We might go to Disney for 1 day but otherwise would be staying at the pool, shopping or doing day-trips to the beach. Is this a realistic plan or should I wait and hope that something SE becomes available?
