Actually, the most annoying thing is when owners decide that the owners lounge is a great place to set up and work, then proceed to have video teleconferences without headphones. Second most annoying thing is when they do use headphones, but shout at their laptops rather than use a decent microphone.

Amen to this! I can't stand these situations - and it extends to people using the speakerphone while in the bathrooms and elevators. Ugh!
