Her company rented a week from me and I will do it again with no hesitation...

Their guests have stayed in my units also. Good customer and good TUGGER.

Hi Cindy:wave:

Their guests have also stayed in our units and all transactions went super smoothly. Wish all transactions went that smooth.

They get an A++++++++ from us.

They will be happy to take an upfront fee to sell your TS.

Perhaps but the op didnt ask about that..actually I dont think buying and selling is part of their business

While trying to get an answer to the up front question via email, kept getting "Call Me" in June 2011.

Hey %^$^. We do have a fee of 199.95. and we receive a 600.00
advertising fee after the sale. I'm not sure if we can help or not.
Timeshare resales can be difficult depending on what you own. Just go to
EBay and you will see that. We do sell many timeshares however many can
be hard to give away. What resort, size of unit, is it floating or fixed
time? We will research it and give you an honest opinion.

Ok, what gives? I saw rrlongwell post two different ratings - one for NTHC and one for NHTC(or some other similiar combination).

Are they one in the same?

Yes, I got it right the first time, then thought it was wrong. Entered 2nd company name. When I went back to fixed it. One thread was deleted and one closed. Neither was a rating, it was just posting this tread under the section that is for this type of information. I guess I steped on the wrong toes again. I think I got the ax because of post #8

I learned something new tonight...thanks, according to their website, they will advertise your timeshare for sale and perhaps buy it themselves.. Ill be asking Cindy how that works next time I speak to her.

rrlongwell - Do you remember when we discussed this in August?

rrlongwell - Thank your for your efforts, but it would be more helpful if you would add info. to the EXISTING threads already created by TUG Brian for each company, rather than starting new threads, and separating the info. Many/most of these companies already have threads here, with polls attached.

Before you start a new thread, click on the SEARCH THIS FORUM link at the top of the forum, search for the company by exact name, and add your info. to the existing thread - if it isn't already there. Note that the threads created by TUG Brian also have polls attached to them.

I am so sorry, I do have a memory problem and do not remember everything. I cannot help to note your strictly enforcing a standard on me that others that happen to be part of mega rento/re-seller group are not subjected to.

Interesting: It appears this re-seller appears to be allowed to use their company name on TUG.

arguing with a moderator is a good way to earn a suspension.

you were asked politely weeks ago.

That's because you have started multiple duplicate posts in that forum, that TUGBrian had to move, and you continue to do so, after I asked you not to.

It's just silly to pretend there is some kind of conspiracy going on...

Just to clarify a few things regarding our company. We began in 2001 as the National Timeshare Help Center and were incorporated in VA. My husband Steve runs the resale end of it and I began doing rentals. As my end of the business began to take off and have a life of it's own we separated the business. In 2009 I incorporated as NTHC Travel, which is now a FL corporation because this is where I spend 8 months of the year. We currently have two offices in VA and one in FL. I am the one posting on TUG 99% of the time.

[website addresses deleted - DeniseM.]

I do offer a "guaranteed rental" program. I do pay upfront for the use of timeshare points on a rental basis and I do buy timeshares that fit the criteria I am searching for, either for myself or to resell. That criteria varies based on the market and what I currently own at any given time.

Please feel free to contact Steve or myself if anyone has additional questions.

Thanks,
Cindy

In case you are wondering - I am going to allow Cindy's post to stand, because she is responding to a question about her company, and historically, we have allowed companies a brief post, in their own defense. However, if you have more questions, it would be a good idea to contact her privately, because she cannot go into detail here, without violating the posting rules. You can click on her blue user name to send her a pm or email.
