Anyone stop paying the maintenance fees at a Daily Management Inc resort? Curious if it hits your credit after it goes to collections.
I've talked to them a couple of times about a deed back and they keep telling me no. Even when I explained I was laid off earlier this year and need to let it go. They said only in "extreme medical cases" would they allow that. Well, that made me kind of sick that you have to be that bad before they will let you give it back.
I have offered it for free to someone but no takers. Honestly, I don't even feel like dealing with it anymore.
