Not allowing reservation using resale points

I was trying to use resale points to book Waikiki Beach Walk for Dec 10th , 2026. I tried to do on the website and it said I had to borrow 2027 points. I checked my 2026 points and it said I had over 300000 resale points available for 2026. The reservation needed only 130000 points. I called and talked to reservation planner and after some problems she got a message and said I could only make this reservation 90 days out and then we were disconnected. I have not heard about this 90 day restriction , did Wyndham impose a new restriction for resale reservations?

What is your use year? If you can share a screenshot of your Points Summary it may help us to figure out what's ongoing here. I'm not aware of any new restrictions on resale transactions of late. The 90 day item mentioned by the Wyndham rep assumes you do not have enough points in your current use year to cover the points value of the transaction - and you can only borrow from a future use year if the reservation is made within the 90 day ERP window - and December 2026 is more than 90 days out. If you don't have a calendar year use year, this may also impact what's occurring. So if for example your use year is July-June or Oct-Sept - then December would actually be in your future use year - not your current use year.
 
I just tried booking that resort for a week starting Dec 10 and it let me with resale... my use year is October
