Ownership is free. All closing costs, transfer fees, and 2018 fees paid by current owner.

Biennial Even Usage
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 8. Unit 315/317
Fixed week 34. Sunday Check in. August 26 - September 2, 2018
Maintenance Fees & Taxes: $875 in 2018

Resort charges upwards of $300 a night for the two bedroom units and there is no availability for this week when trying to book through their website.
