Keoki’s Paradise is a busy place. Even without the laws against gambling, they may have made up their own rule against playing cards at the table. Too bad though that the law is applied so inconsistently.
 
It's interesting that the article claims it's the Native Hawaiian's culture that are the reason for these rules while the Native Hawaiian's are trying to become sovereign and recognized so they can build resort casinos as a way to afford homes for their people.

I think a mini Macau would be a huge draw in Hawaii. It's too bad the Kanaka can't get it together.
