I have an II exchange into a Marriott that I was able to all to my Bonvoy account the day after confirmed on II. Interval gives you the the Marriott reservation number. I logged into my Bonvoy account on a laptop and I looked up the reservation number with name and check-in date. After the reservation was displayed I clicked something that said add to my trips. Now I see the II reservation on my Bonvoy account.
I tried adding via the Bonvoy website while logged in and it still didn't seem to bring up the reservation. When I entered the reservation details it didn't show an error message but the screen was blank and didn't actually display the reservation. I was able to get it to work while logged out of my Bonvoy account.
