Grandview at Las Vegas
I’ve only had my time share for 2 years with Grandview at Las Vegas. Tried calling member services and they don’t do deed back. Any ideas on how to get rid of it. At this point I will give it away!

There are many threads/articles on the site to help you.

its one of the most commonly given away resorts on TUG

unfortunately it will have to be paid off.

Grandview does do deed backs in cases of financial hardships or medical. I spoke to them last week and they gave me a big list of things I had to do and gather in order to qualify.

They stated: Please submit a letter explaining your situation along with proof of your burden so we may present your case. This includes any proof of income (paystubs, W2, retirement benefits, Social Security benefits, Veteran's pensions, Unemployment compensation etc.) If it is medical, a letter from your physician stating you cannot travel due to medical reasons is acceptable. No medical records/specifics are needed.

You would have to send them an e-mail at OwnersResolutions@dmresorts.com to state your case, give your info, and get the details. They were a bit put off that I e-mailed them directly, and asked where did I get the e-mail from, but once I explained my situation they were very helpful. I don't qualify so I am giving away my timeshare free, and already have a buyer.

PM me if you would like more details.
