Does anyone know why Long Wharf has no availability in December of 2025? I have ARP through CWP. Not sure why the calendar shows nothing.

The calendar shows availability if you alter the all suites default to 2 bedroom but then generates the message " This location is not eligible for the selected date range. Choose a different location or a different date range to proceed." I agree call 'em.

Thanks. I gave them a ring. Supposedly they are doing some exterior renovations starting in October or so, the inventory has been limited. Wish I knew before hand, usually December at Long Wharf is easy to score!

All of Newport is pretty easy to book in December, this could be a website issue, so try looking later, you can also put in a waitlist request or try another resort. OnShore is better anyway if you have to book elsewhere, unless you need 3BR units, there are more of them at Long Wharf than OnShore

We like Long Wharf because we like walking to the Shipyard in the AM for breakfast. Also, the pool and fitness center is much better at Long Wharf than OnShore. OnShore has a great location if you like walking Thames Street and the balconies are nice. Still like Long Wharf much better. Either way, inventory is limited due to renovations at Long Wharf, unfortunately.

The thing I find so much nicer about OnShore is the views. I've only stayed at Long Wharf twice and really got no view to speak of. I've heard not many rooms there have nice views. Admittedly the amenities at Long Wharf are nicer and it seems like it's been renovated fairly recently too. And it's so nice to sit out on the balcony at OnShore when the weather is nice and just watch the boats go by.

The long wharf pool view can be very pretty and sometimes if you’re high enough you may get a glimpse of the harbor. But yes, some rooms just look at a parking lot.

Onshore is great for the views - if you can get a room that has one.
