I was looking at the 2025 Budget. A line item caught my attention because there was a 100% increase. Apparently a new source of revenue.
Parking overnight in the lot of each villa building has always been tight at Newport Coast Villas. There's a space for each villa, but not enough spaces if some guests require two or more cars for a single villa. But there's additional parking in an underground garage and at marked curbside parking spaces on some of the internal streets.I was looking at the 2025 Budget. Yes. If you book a villa on the Marriott.com website, it indicates the following about parking:I wonder if they aren't doing what some other resorts are doing. Cash based (and Bonvoy point) guests will now have a daily parking fee?
I think the question is how many parking passes are complementary for a timeshare exchange. What about though an II exchange, can I get 2 parking passes (for free)?
Correct. I used to be able to get 2.I think the question is how many parking passes are complementary for a timeshare exchange.
Same when we last stayed in NovemberOn a recent owner timeshare stay I received 2 parking passes. One allowed me to park anywhere, the other was restricted to the parking garage. No charge for either.
I think January 1 was the cutover to the new policy. Though it doesn't seem that the policy has changed for timeshare based stays.Same in Nov
