New Youtube Video on Molokai

Kim saw this one and sent it to me this morning. I don't know the creator but he has almost 3 million subscribers.

At about the 17 minute mark, they go into All Things Molokai and talk to Dave. I met Dave on my first trip here. It's a nice store and he's a great guy to talk to.

The video is about 45 minutes and they go around parts of the island and talk a little history and current happenings.

My grand son in law and I were talking about hunting axis deer on Molokai. He has a friend that hunts Molokai often. I'm not really into the gamy taste of deer in general but I might go.

I find Axis Deer less gamey than Whitetail but like anything else, it's all in the preparation. I just bought some more at the Livestock Co-op last week. We really like it.

Slip, you are correct deer meat can be very good, if you know how to prepare it correctly. We had a friend many decades a go who was a chef. He would cook deer meat for our cookout. He would never tell the guests they were eating deer until after late in the evening. They all thought it was prime meat. LOL

I know that's the case for many of them. We talk to visitors by the pool all the time. They either love it or hate it. Many come for just the weekend.

I pray City folks will not find the last hidden treasure island in Hawaii.

Please keep the City folks away from this island for peace and quietness.
I would love to live on a island with country roads and chicken roaming the roads. LOL
