New Website...What does this mean?

I have reservations at Mountain Vista in Branson checking in July 14 and checking out July 21. I was looking to see if I could cancel one of my rooms and pick up a smaller one since some of our party isn't going to be able to make it.

So, I have searched for a 1 bed deluxe using the availability calendar. The calendar shows "availability" beginning July 1, with the little "E" showing an Express Window booking. However, there are no points associated with those days to book the room (I tried reserving a room, just to see, and it comes up as "zero" points).

What is going on here? Does anyone know why these would be showing as available, but not have any points associated with them? Is this just another Wyndham glitch? Or, maybe they haven't opened all the inventory for those days yet?

I've been asking on other threads to see if anyone else can see inventory at Branson Meadows. I haven't seen any replies.

It was in the system last Thursday. I booked a unit for July 17-20. There were several options for June and July at that time. I haven't seen inventory come back since Thursday night. I had the exact same issue with Glacier Canyon. I can't see any inventory for either resort.

I just did a quick search...when searching for a 1 bed deluxe I get the same "white" available square (with the Express Window E in the square) beginning July 18 through July 31, but no points associated with those days. None of the other rooms I sampled did that.

I just went back in and looked at the 1 bed deluxe again and now all the days say unavailable and are gray.

I just went back into Mountain Vista, and all those white squares with the E now show as unavailable.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Inventory problems. I've noticed the same thing at other resorts. Great Smokes Lodge, Clearwater and Glacier Canyon.
 
I was checking Bonnet Creek and same result......white day with no points.
 
I checked Bonnet Creek about 15 minutes ago and got the little E but no points. I figured I'd check on Tug to see if anyone else has experienced this...wonder what is up with that????
 
I've now seen that at multiple resorts as I've been looking around. Not sure what is going on, but it definitely isn't right.

One of those resorts, if it had been correct, I could have added to a stay I have there...alas, it only shows "0" points and won't let you book.

I have been seeing that off and on all through the day checking Bonnet Creek, Glacier Canyon and Branson. Just a glitch in the system I suspect.

Have you seen availability at any of the aforementioned resorts since last Thursday? I check about 12 times a day, and get the same results.

By the way, I hate this new system. It's killing me on my cellular data. I used to be able to see everything on the one calendar screen. :(

I have seen sporadic availability at about 6 months out on these resorts. Nothing within 60 days. I'm just a regular points holder so no VIP or anything like that.

I am also not using my phone but it did look nice on my iPhone 6s when I tried it. I'm not concerned about cell data usage.

While you may not be data limited, you should be concerned with the relatively high data requirement over the old site. The more data a page needs, the longer it takes to load. Add to that the generally poor ergonomic layout and flawed booking logic, and you can see why people are disgusted with the rollout.

One aggravating thing is that calendar...change units and you start all the way over at June and have to work through back to the month you want...someone did not think this through.

It looks like ExtraHolidays.com has been upgraded. It actually works good and it's much faster the what they gave us, but then again Extra Holidays is a Wyndham revenue stream. The piece of crap of a website they rolled out for the owns was by design. Make it difficult for the owners to find and book a reservation so they can grab the prime locations and timeframes. If they can get Extra Holidays right, why not both websites.
 
Now suddenly after working for 2 weeks, my logon no longer is working. Is anyone else have this problem?

After 4 or 5 attempts it finally let me in.
 
My login has been taking 2 to 3, sometime 4 attempts before letting me in. . .

I would think a drop down menu, or something, would work just fine. The old way of scrolling through the months, and the selecting one was fine, too. But this is extremely cumbersome, especially if you're looking several months out at what your options are.
