In the 2nd graphic of that article -the map, the black circle with an "S" in it (and 1PM Monday pointing to it) is directly over where we stay for January & February in Belize. One friend down there said they are being told to expect about 2ft or more of rain. That is on top of an already drenched ground from the rainy season that is just ending. Preparations are already underway and folks living in low lying areas are being urged to get to higher ground by the weekend.
