New to Group - How to Get Rid of 4 Seasons Aviara Timeshare in Carlsbad, CA

Have you tried renting on TUG ? This is 250 th USA Birthday. You could lock in 4th of July week and maybe make a nice profit. Find her original purchase package and review it. Call management company and at least ask about deed-back. It costs them much less to take deed back than to foreclose. Find out what their delinquencies are in owner paids. They rent out non-paying delinquent weeks. Stop paying MF's is an option. Good luck!

Thank you. Honestly this whole thing intimidates me because I don’t anything about this industry which is why I’m here. I’m so grateful for all the responses. I will look for the original purchase package. If I remember right, they said they don’t have a deed back program? Or something like that.
 
Hello All,
Aviara is now using Fidelity Real Estate partnered with Premier Timeshare Resales to assist owners with selling their units. They have given the ability to sell with Reciprocity included if purchased for a preset minimum.
Do you work for or with either of these companies? How is FSA "partnering" with these companies, or is it just a referral?
