New Sheraton Coconut Beach in Kauai?

We're thinking about spending a few extra nights on Kauai before we check into Waiohai and found a new Sheraton opening in July. Does anyone know where this is located and is it a hotel that is being rebranded? I remember staying in Kauai in 1983 and there was a Sheraton Coconut Beach hotel at that time.

The hotel is located in Kapaa which is north of Lihue on the road to Princeville. And yes it is the current Courtyard Coconut Beach. Yes, it was built in the 1980s and is the former Sheraton Coconut Beach. It is going through a major remodel and will once again become a Sheraton.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if they are planning a new pool, since I think it was rather small!
