Hi! I'm new to this group and excited to learn more about time sharing. I've had my time share since 2017 and love using it to trade for different experiences. I'm looking for advice on how to rent out my time share when I can't travel, as well as tips on how to trade. I typically just scan what's available and choose what looks fun. I've never deposited with the intent of finding a specific place, but I'm interested in learning more about that. Thanks!

Welcome @dixiechey

First, reserve the highest demand week you can. If you have a timeshare that allows you to reserve a week within a range of months, select a high demand time (holiday, or school break), and reserve a week during that timeframe.

Check out airbnb. The first time set up is quite a bit of work, but once it's done, you use that same ad for every week you want to rent out, just by opening the dates you have on their calendar.

Also, look at Redweek.com and see if there are any rentals for your resort, to get an idea of what others are pricing.

Welcome. I am originally from another London. London ON Canada.

Depends on what you own. As other have suggested find higher demand times and locations and try renting.
