Detail not behind a paywall - Not sure what this has to do with MVCI however. Marriott adds hotels all the time
You haven't heard?!? There's this wonderful new program called Hello Hotels that allows you as an Abound Points owner to book Marriott hotels at amazing rates...;-)

I've seen several posts regarding Marriott hotels in this thread. Many MVC owners have Bonvoy status so they may prefer Marriott hotels when visiting cities. The convention center in Cincinnati is currently being remodeled and previous convention hotels were terrible. Cincinnati has a lot to offer with a world recognized zoo, Union Terminal museum center, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, a great art museum, and several excellent restaurants. I expect a dramatic increase in conventions here and this Marriott hotel will provide a good lodging option. We often use our annual certificates for staycations at the Lytle Park Hotel or the Riverfront Marriott in Covington.
