New Club Wyndham App

I have downloaded the new Club Wyndham app on my phone. I was looking for availability at Avon so we could get our 60% discount in March. Little to no availability was showing. On a lark, I decided to check on my laptop using the traditional Club Wyndham website. The availability showing was materially different between the two systems. I made sure to check the Accessible Suites box on both applications. I also tried it without checking that box. To be clear, I opened both applications at the same time. I've tried this several times now on multiple days and have the exact same results, meaning the available dates are different between the two applications. It doesn't make sense. I should also point out that I have tried it with other properties and had the same outcome. I have reported the issue using the tab on the right-hand side of the old Club Wyndham website.

Has anyone else seen this happen?

Are you seeing things you can actually book on the website or the appearance is different. I have found the app only shows bookable dates, the desktop shows "orphans", if you will - only one night is there or guessing the room types aren't the same. The app does a much better job of only showing the start date when 2 or more bookable nights are available. I have seen a flaw in that - once, I think (on the app). It happens regularly on the website.

In addition to the orphaned dates issue, depending on how you select Accessible Suites in the app - it doesn’t work. If you are using the Filter option - it doesn’t always work. If you are using the MAC (Monthly Availability Calendar), that has an actual checkbox, this should work.
