I have downloaded the new Club Wyndham app on my phone. I was looking for availability at Avon so we could get our 60% discount in March. Little to no availability was showing. On a lark, I decided to check on my laptop using the traditional Club Wyndham website. The availability showing was materially different between the two systems. I made sure to check the Accessible Suites box on both applications. I also tried it without checking that box. To be clear, I opened both applications at the same time. I've tried this several times now on multiple days and have the exact same results, meaning the available dates are different between the two applications. It doesn't make sense. I should also point out that I have tried it with other properties and had the same outcome. I have reported the issue using the tab on the right-hand side of the old Club Wyndham website.
