Needing a little Vistana advice

Over the years, a friend purchased FIVE Vistana contracts from the developer.

Four of them are in Mexico (which happens to be blowing up at the moment).

They are currently paying $7,000/yr. for MFs, which is proving to be a challenge in retirement.

The contracts are paid off.

Is there any hope of getting rid of a couple of the Mexico contracts? They aren't expecting any compensation.

I see that the deedback program is only for U.S. resorts.

Would you list on TUG? eBay?

I would start out listing on TUG. What do they own? Lagunamar contracts do pretty well in VSN and Abound when requalified.

Is this Lagunamar? What weeks, etc...
They may (or may not) have value

only a small part of Mexico is "blowing up"
