Need to get rid of 2 timeshares on Maui.

1 Br Maui Beach Vacation Resort, 2 Br Hono Koa
Trying to help family member get out of 1 BR at Maui Beach, and 2 BR at Hono Koa. Both are paid off, and have been owned for about 20 years. Have not used them in over 10 years. Did convert points to RCI in the past, but have not renewed that avenue in years. They are managed by Soleil Management, asked them about returning or giving back but no luck with that. No idea where to go now/start. We do have a lawyer in the family, but has zero experience in the Timeshare owner world. Thanks for your time!
