Need Platinum Orlando Grande Vista 3br owner help

Can someone who owns a resale, 3 br, Platinum, Orlando, Grande Vista TS provide some info for a potential buyer (me).

I have 3 kids (4, 7, and 10). Are there a lot of activities for them to do at Grande Vista? They love to swim, how are the pools? How has your experience there been? How much success have you had trading your timeshare? Does having the 3br seem to make it easier?

Grande Vista is a high quality resort with fine pools and lots of kid activities. We tend to use ours and therefore do not have information on it's power as a trader ... though the experts here at TUG suggest Orlando is so saturated with timeshares that none of them are very strong if trading is your primary goal.

The three bedroom units are spacious and should provide plenty of room for everyone. The new units have DVD's while the refurbished old units still have VCRs if that is of interest to you.
