I have had a Braun digital tympanic thermometer for about 10+ years. It now needs to be replaced. There are so many out there now. Since I babysit for several children, I want one that can be used on infants, toddlers and adults. I am thinking of buying the same one. The only other one I am considering is the temporal one that you rub along the forhead. However, I question the accuracy of that one. Any suggestions would be great.

We have one of those that you swipe on the forehead, and it seems to work fine. Our doctor's office uses those as well, so I would think they are fairly accurate.
