I am having a problem with my room exchanged through II. Resort says they can't help me because all rooms are booked.

Not finding any I I phone number that answers on Sunday.

What to do?

That's terrible. I think there's a 24 contact number on your confirmation page from II. I'm not sure if it's account specific, but here's the number I see on an old confirmation: 888-700-1154 or 305-668-3411

Yes, the (305) number is one I tried. Recording says "closed Sunday". I knew they were no longer open on Sunday for exchanges and such, but figured there would still be a number to call for this situation.

Sorry to hear that. Did they have your reservation but no room, or did they not have your reservation? Were they able to resolve the issue? I sure hope so.

The room I am assigned has a nearly continuous noise that seems to be in the wall right next to headboard. Was told it is 'probably' caused by boiler room -- source of hot water for property. I am sound sensitive and had trouble sleeping last night.

Did II help you with a new room?
Today, Monday was able to change rooms, although I went from 2 bedroom to a studio. California coastal is a tight timeshare market and Interval did not have another resort available.
Received a call from Mark Del Campo today in response to my email. Turns out there should be an 'emergency help' person available by phone. Apparently I misdialed. Mark was willing to give me an exchange fee waiver for my next exchange, for the inconvenience.

What resort is this? That is strange.

Harbortown Point Marina Resort
Ventura

Booked it to escape desert heat.
Knew it was a step down from what I traded, but was on 3rd e-plus and nearing expiration when I booked it.
