I need to talk to someone at II who knows what they are doing. Does anyone have a contact they rely on? Everytime I call the agent who usually helps me I get a message that he is on the other line. I wait but then I just get switched to the regular line.

I don't think II really wants you to call and talk to someone specific. With another number, the same thing is going to happen.

Search the forum; I remember reading something that someone from II gave "us" a contact.
A number of agents have offered and given me their "direct" line but they are seldom available to take calls when I call their direct number. I don't bother with those direct numbers anymore. Keep calling until you find someone knowledgeable.
