need computer help..incredimail not working

I need computer help and please keep in mind that I am a total non computer person so please use common language if you want to attempt some assistance..

I have used Incredimail as my mail server for years with no problem. I came home from a wonderful timeshare vacation and received 400 messages with no problem and now for no reason, I can not receive or send messages.

the message error says" FAILED TO FIND HOST. SOCKET ERROR 11004. PORT 25 . PROTOCOL SMTP. THE REQUESTED NAME IS VALID BUT THE DATA OF REQUESTED NAME IS NOT FOUND"

I have tried to delete and re add the email address but nothing seems to work and I can not find a phone number for incredimail to call for help..

can anyone help me????:wall:
 
check the mail configuration instructions at the mail host. Is it possible they changed?

Why don't you go to www.incredimail.com and reload their stuff? Or if you look at the bottom of their homepage and click on 'privacy', you can find 'Help'. Click that and go to 'Support'. There's a help tree there that may ask you the questions that will help get you back on track. From your error code, it looks like they recognize your username, but somehow they are not seeing anything in that file. I'd guess the SMTP server just needs to be reloaded, but I've never used their service. Perhaps there's a phone number there or among your incredimail stuff for support and they can guide you through it. Probably for a price, but that's the way things are these days.
