I have a problem with this every year. My earning are in the 700s for the year and they do not send me one. I try to get into my account and have no luck. I get incorrect information over the phone. And to top it off,I get a corrected form months later. I have toresort to adding a percentage to the previous year and hoping I don’t understate it. I never get any direct payments because it goes toward Medicare

Gosh. I never have a problem getting my SSA forms.
You could track your payments+deductions on a spreadsheet.
I do that for all my income sources.

I plug these amounts into a spreadsheet where I estimate taxes.
I also run 'em thru tax prep software. It's not perfect, but it's close.
