We just had an offer accepted for a 2nd deeded plantnium week at NCV. While we wait to see if it passes ROFR I had a few questions-
I know that to book consecutive or concurrent weeks at 13 months you have to call in. Is it hard to actually get those?
IF we miss getting our concurrent weeks booked at 13 months, can we then book them online at 12 months? At 12 months do they HAVE to be concurrent or consecutive weeks? Or can I book a July and October?
I am doing great at booking our deeded week (previously owned)online but I've never had success getting what we want over the phone. Any tips at success in the 13 month window?

If you book at 13 months then they do have to be consecutive or concurrent, so you can not book July and October. You again have the chance at booking consecutively or concurrently at the 12 month mark or you can just book one week at the 12 month mark.

Booking weeks at NCV for any summer occupancy can be difficult so it's best to be on the phone exactly @ 9:00 am eastern time.

Hopefully your new week will make it thru ROFR. If you want July use in 2026 then I would advise you ask the current owner to try and book a July week for you and transfer the reservation to you at time of title transfer. ROFR and title transfers are generally a 100 to 120 day process so be prepared to wait.

Suggest you use LTTransfers to handle the title transfer for you. Their website is: www.LTTransfers.com

Yes you have to call to book consecutive or concurrent at 13 months and it is possible that you won't be able to book what you want due to other owners already having booked the specific weeks you want. There is no way to know for certain if it will be a problem for your specific needs, but if you are booking the most popular weeks it will be harder than the less popular weeks.
At 12 months you can book online and you can book any available dates for each of your weeks and you can book them separately, but it will need to be in the 12 month reservation window for it to work. e.g you can't book one week at 12 months and another at 12 months+ 1 week. If you wanted to book them concurrently at 12 months, it would be best to be logged in with 2 separate MVC profiles so each week can be booked as soon as the reservation window opens, rather than having to wait for one week to be processed and then search for the availability fo the next.
If you pass ROFR, make sure that the 2nd week has the ownership names exactly the same as your first, if you want them to be in the same MVC account as your first.

There was a recent report of someone having great difficulty booking NCV at 13 months. I would venture that the 4th of July being a fixed week would make it far more difficult to book July beyond just the demand itself.

Where can I see what name is on our current MVC account to make sure we have it exact before we submit our contract?

You're going to need to check your contract or ask Owner services to confirm it for you.

MVC accounts are individual profiles so it won't show joint names as far as I can see.
