Does anyone have any suggestions on how much to offer for a one bedroom Riverpointe Napa Valley.

I checked the EBAY completed listings, and there aren't any.

I have a seller, I just want an idea of what I should offer.

Thanks

JT

Riverpointe Purchase price

I bought my RiverPointe one bedroom week for $256 plus closing costs on eBay and have seen others sell for similar prices. If you wait you will be able to buy one on eBay for that kind of price.

Good luck.

I certainly would not pay much more than $500 or so for a prime week. The resort consists of trailers on a bunch of lots in a trailer park. Not very well reviewed here on TUG.

So I'm guessing this auction is not one to jump on!

I guess it depends how much of a masochist you are. ;)

They are not making any more land in Napa

I owned one that I got on ebay and then sold again as I had to downsize. After I did I was sorry to let it go. The newsletter sounded like the folks at the timeshare were having so much fun -- wine tasting parties galore! I think that a few people have run down this resort in a bunch of old reviews but I liked it enough to buy. It also was a decent trader in II and seemed to be well run although I did not hold it long enough to really check it out. The manufactured housing issue is apparently because it is on a river bed and the city will not let them put permanent buildings there. There is so much to do in Northern California and not too many timeshares so its trade value should be pretty high on scarcity factor alone. I would definately consider a week in Napa making this my home base. Funtime
