For the old timers, I think Salerno made a coconut cookie that was rectangular with lines running through it. It was from the era of the buttercup cookie which I could wear on my fingers.
We need the name of the coconut cookie, please!

I bought cookies at a big Lots the other day -- a German brand, Coppenrath. I selected a coconut cookie, and it sure tasted a lot like those coconut bars. I have to go shopping later...maybe Salerno still makes them
