This month's copy of National Geographic contains an excellent article on Kauai's Na Pali Coast, with photographs and a scaled drawing of the Kalalau Trail with identified sites. Also refers to an interactive map at ngm/com which I've not yet located. It's worth your purchase. Some site names in Hawaiian (from Pukui's "Place Names of Hawaii'':
Na Pali "the cliffs"
Kalalau "the straying"
Ha'ena "red hot"
Ke'e "avoidance"
Hanakapi'ai "bay sprinkling food"
Hanakoa "bay of koa trees"
Nu'alolo Kai "seaward Nu'alolo"
