I made the mistake of answering a couple of times, always when I'm expecting a different call and automatically answered my phone without looking at the caller ID. They just want to get you to attend a virtual "owner update" aka sales pitch. The first time they tried to pitch it as educating me about the new Abound program even though it's been around for a couple of years now and I've already been using Abound. The second time they tried to pitch it as educating me about the Hello Hotels benefit, which I have no intention of ever using. As always, they tried to dangle incentives to agree to the "update." Don't remember the amounts but it was a choice between Plus Points, miles or a Visa gift card.
