We are scheduled to arrive at Grande Ocean on 3/1 and I had called for my pre-arrival preferences a couple days ago. At the time, they indicated there was another reservation starting on 2/28 with the same last name as mine. Today I got a call from the "concierge" at Hilton Head to see if I had any questions they could help me with, which I know is really there way to get me to go to a sales presentation. She started going through my phone number and email and the email didn't match my email, so I asked he if she thought she was calling me or the other person. She said she thought she was calling the other owner with my same last name. She also said that my number was listed as guest of theirs and she was calling to see if the guest would want to attend a sales presentation. She confirmed the other owners number was different than mine. I asked that she make sure she had my phone number removed from their reservation and she confirmed that my information was still correct on my reservation. Hopefully, she gets it fixed. I've never heard of this happening before and I'm not sure who to contact to make sure my number is off the other person's reservation.
