MVC Enrolled ownership Owner benefit level 1-pager - help with checking please

Do you know if this is newer or older than the one linked in the FAQ sticky? Though the FAQ is just also just an image instead of a PDF. This chart contains the same error in the banking deadline for Chairman's Club. It should be 2 months, not 4 months.

As for the section about Thirdhome, this is what the FAQ currently has. I don't know enough about that benefit to know which one is right or wrong.

Attached is the the PDF that I have which is different than the one you attached. Looking at the bottom I see v22 where the one you have indicates v18. I don't know if those are version numbers as I don't think they ever had that many versions of this. It is also possible that the v# is the year it was produced which would make sense as I recall it last being updated in 2022 when they rolled out Abound when they brought in Vistana. I seem to recall intially the 4 month banking deadline for Chairman's that they then reverted back to 2 months after some pushback?

Thanks, I'll have to do it the old fashioned way when I can be somewhere with more screens or a printer to do a line by line check with what is in my MVC account. Thanks for spotting the version control, I'll look for that in future.

The sticky version is an image that a fellow tugger generated for themselves as I couldn't find an official updated version online, so it is as correct as the collective knew at that time.

It's amazing to me that the Benefits at a Glance PDF on the MVC website is still so out of date. I know MVC now wants you to look through a 57 page PDF (I exaggerate slightly) but the least they could do is delete the old one.

And yes, I created a one page jpg to reflect what to the best of my knowledge was true at the time (8/1/2024). I have a vague memory of another TUG'er seeing an error in the verbage on the bottom...but don't remember what it was.

ThirdHome is not a bookable with Club Points option for Chairman's Club. The only official MVW affiliations with ThirdHome are at the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club and St Regis Residence Club levels.

I think the second screen shot in post #2 may be more accurate? Does Marriott Vacation Club even still offer the private home in Hilton Head Island? I remember when they tried using this as a big selling point and how Marriott would be taking on more private home options. None of which materialized.

I think you're right; the second screen shot in post #2 is more accurate. I didn't see anything in the MVC site for the private home in Hilton Head Island, so I don't think it's there anymore. Just the Villas of Distinction. The only new thing that isn't reflected in either is the discounts for booking the "experiences" with the sales pitches.

I should clarify that ThirdHome is also affiliated with the legacy Hyatt Vacation Club as an option that can be booked with their Club Points. That's really the only of the MVW owned systems that allows booking with points - with the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club and St Regis Residence Club it's a week deposit basis. The former Welk side of things isn't affiliated with ThirdHome though the agreement with ThirdHome allows for private agreements between owners of weeks-based former-Welk resorts to use their weeks in ThirdHome. Points-based former-Welk resort ownerships are not eligible.

One other newish thing is the availability of Ritz-Carlton cruises for Chairman's Club members.

I think this one is current.

I think this one is current.
That is the print out one can get from the website version of the chart. I think many are looking for the "pretty" PDF version that is all on a single page. It seems MVC has abandoned updating the PDF in favor of just maintaining it on the owner site.

And of course this restriction listed in the footnotes has been expanded to numerous unspecified resorts (including Vistana) and is often a minimum of 7+ nights.

"There is a three-night minimum stay requirement at The Ritz-Carlton Club®, St. Thomas. Subject to change without notice."
