When does demand start and stop for the Wyndham resorts in Myrtle Beach?

I am thinking that size is more important than the resort being presidential or not.

Some people say high demand in the Summer. I did not check all the resorts or all of the days. However, I checked for a week at Ocean Blvd and Towers on the Grove. They have most weeks available in June, July, and August. Westwinds and Seawatch Platation were tough. A recent review of Timeshares in Myrtle Beach for sale showed five that I saw. With the massive amount of timeshares controled by Wyndham in Myrtle Beach, I would say demand could be considered to be very strong.

in general, ocean front (beach timeshare) is mid June thru Mid August. Hardest to get - when ALL schools seem to be out. Early June and Lage auguest are easier. (Carolinas start school in August and quit earlier in June, northern states seem to be after labor day and later in June)

I was in Myrtle Beach today and wandered into the pool area at Wyndham Ocean Blvd (from Peppertree By the Sea, which is right next door). I was overwhelmed by the size of Ocean Boulevard. There seemed to be hundreds of ocean front/ocean view balconies staring down at me (most appeared to be unoccupied, by the way). I was impressed by the way the building across the street (building 4) was set/built in the gap between two ocean front towers so as to maximize its views.

I own at Westwinds, Towers on the Grove, and Seawatch Plantation. After the kids go back to school, availability in Myrtle Beach and N.Myrtle Beach tends to be real easy. It is my understanding that their are a lot of vacancies until the kids get out of school. Point use in the late August to March are very reasonable and down right great during January and February. Unless you are a card carrying member of the Polar Bear Club, I do not think I would recommend a swim in the Ocean in January or February.

Interestingly enough, there were some kids venturing knee deep into the water today. It has been quite warm so far for most of this 'winter', and the air temp at 65 with the warm sun resulted in most everyone who was there hitting the beach...
