MF PLUS Reserve Fee

In reviewing my Annual Statement which I am about to pay, I see there are 2 fees: the expected Maintenance Fee and then a smaller amount for a Reserve Fee. Yes, I called. My mistake to call on a Monday. So, I'll try again later in the week. I think I spoke to 5 different women and no one could tell me what the Reserve Fee is. There only solution was to transfer me :sigh:

I do understand Reserves, but I would have thought any reserves needed would be built into the MF. Is this common? I don't think I've seen this before.
