MF Fee's When you have CWA Contract

So my resale in the Closing stages at the moment, but something I'm not clear on is the MF Fees---on a CWA versus a Deeded Contract? My resale is CWA--so is that tied to a 'certain' Resort, or is it an overall MF fee's of the grouping of resorts?

It's an average of all resorts which CWA has inventory in. In general CWA maintenance fees are higher than Club Wyndham Select (aka deeded). But that's not always the case. There are a few resorts where deeded is higher than CWA.

You pay more to get 13 months ARP at every resort CWA has inventory at though. Whether or not you need that, is up to your use cases.

I like the 13mos ARP, so not dissatisfied with my choice to go CWA. Was just curious on the MF's, and how they were tabulated. Thanks for the explanation!

It would actually seem that since Select deeds actually make up CWA trust, that about half the select deeds have MFs over CWA and half are under CWA. That is what an average really is. We just tend to see more of those under CWA mentioned here because Tuggers tend to target lower MF Select deeds.

In addition to the average of all the MF"s, all of the land based trusts like CWA also include fee for management of the trust.
