MF due in March?

I posted this on WSJ thread and didn't get a response. My question is does anyone get a MF due in March? I thought they all came due in January?

"I purchased a EOY 2 bedroom in August and received a maintance fee bill due in March. Is this typical? I thought MF's for St. John were normally due in January? I haven't even gotten the deed yet. Although it does appear on My Star Central."
 
I assume you bought resale. It is most likely the Mx fees were for 2016 were not paid and you have inheritor them.
I hope you have 2016 use
