Mexican Timeshare owners - still have copies of your sales contracts?

Curious if any vidanta/tafer/villa/etc owners still have digital copies of their sales contracts? (not limited to just those, any system is fine as long as its a mexican timeshare or vacation travel club etc)

can PM me privately, id like to search thru some of them for some specific language if it exists!

I believe we have kept every single paper we signed from Villa Group. What are you looking for specifically?

With respect to Grand Luxxe contract, there is no where the word "alcohol" is mentioned.
In the Member Verification Statement, the wording states "I am signing the Contract of my own free will. I have not been pressured in any way and I have not received or relied on any promise, promotion, offer or inducement of any kind, oral or written, not set for the in the Contract (Clause 9.1.b)." Clause 9.1.b additionally states that "Member agrees that Member will sign this Contract only after Member has read and understood the Contract and has completed an electronically recorded verification process."
From my own experience, I was never offered alcohol during the sales presentation. Yes, there was pressure but I was permitted to take the contract and read it before signing. During the signing and verification, all was handled on a business like basis. I feel certain that I could have changed my mind and walked away at that stage. On one occasion I rescinded an upgrade. This was done by email. Confirmation and refund were done quickly.

I was truly fascinated to find the alcohol disclaimer in a recent contract and as such im now on the hunt to see if it is buried in any others!

I'd be happy to pony up quite a few, have Unlimited Vacation Club, Bahia Principe Privilege Club, Sandos Royal Elite Vacation Club, Palace Elite, Occidental Vacation Club, Legendary Vacation Club....they aren't original as I haven't ever attended a presentation, but they have the original owner language that was signed.....

I have several Vidanta contracts In a notebook. We first bought Sea Garden in February 1999. Then in November 1999, we upgraded to Mayan Palace. After buying several cheap MP weeks on eBay, we upgraded to multiple Grand Mayan weeks in 2006. Then in 2013, we upgraded to 2 Grand Luxxe weeks with lots of perks. I have scanned them all as PDF’s.

Alcohol is not mentioned anywhere, and we were never offered an alcoholic beverage at any update meetings.

I now get to go for no cost for 2 weeks a year (4 if at lower levels) because I am 77. I just hope to get to go from now through 2033 - then I will feel like I got my money back.

I signed the contract I referenced in 2016. The one that I rescinded, because of the COVID epidemic, was 2020. I do not have that contract anymore, but do not remember alcohol being mentioned.

oh the one I saw was definitely buried in the fine print....juts so much easier to search for the word if its in digital format these days!

I have a Mexican contract from Grupo Mayan [now Vidanta] from pre-2010.
As @pittle and @qb_bc have said - there is no mention of alcohol in the contract .
